Wimbledon Debenture Tickets 2026
Row B · Gangway 208 · Elevated Centre Court Stand
We are a private debenture holder at The All England Lawn Tennis Club. Our Centre Court seats — Row B, Gangway 208 — are available for every day of Wimbledon 2026. As genuine debenture tickets, they are the only type of Wimbledon ticket that can be legally transferred before The Championships begin.
What Are Wimbledon Debenture Tickets?
The definitive answer
Wimbledon debenture tickets are seats in the designated debenture sections of Centre Court and Court 1 at The Championships. They are issued directly by the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) to debenture holders — individuals and organisations who have purchased a five-year debenture as a form of funding for the club's development. The current debenture cycle covers the 2022–2026 Championships.
The key distinction from all other types of Wimbledon ticket is transferability. Debenture tickets are the only tickets for Wimbledon that can be legally sold or transferred to a third party before the tournament begins. All other ticket categories — ballot tickets, public sale tickets and queue tickets — are issued to a named individual, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
A debenture holder retains their seats for the full five-year period. Our seats are fixed at Row B, Gangway 208, Centre Court — the second row of the elevated debenture stand. We are selling our own seats directly.
What is the difference between a debenture ticket and a regular Wimbledon ticket?
The fundamental difference is transferability and certainty. Regular Wimbledon tickets are issued to a named person and cannot be legally sold or transferred. Debenture tickets can be sold by the holder. Additional differences: debenture seats are in the front rows of elevated stands (we are in Row B — the second row), debenture holders have exclusive access to Debenture restaurants and lounges, and they enter via a private entrance at Gate 4, Church Road — entirely separate from public queues.
What Is Included with a Wimbledon Debenture Ticket?
A Centre Court debenture ticket at Wimbledon includes privileges not available to any other ticket holder. Here is exactly what comes with every ticket:
Named, Fixed Seats on Centre Court
You have a specific, named seat for your chosen day. Our seats are Row B, Gangway 208 — the second row of the elevated debenture stand. There is no confusion, no searching, no uncertainty about your position. You know exactly where you will be sitting before you book.
Exclusive Debenture Restaurant
Debenture holders have access to the exclusive restaurant facilities within the grounds. Table service, a dedicated dining menu and a private, unhurried atmosphere entirely separate from all public catering within the grounds.
Private Bars and Champagne Lounges
Full access to the Debenture bars and lounges throughout the day. Champagne service, afternoon tea and Wimbledon's famous strawberries and cream — enjoyed at your leisure in an exclusively reserved environment.
Gate 4 — Dedicated Private Entrance
Debenture holders enter via Gate 4 on Church Road — completely separate from all public entrances and queues. A quiet, efficient and private arrival at the grounds from 11:00 am. No queuing, no crowds, no complications.
Digital Ticket Transfer via myWimbledon
Tickets are delivered electronically to the Official Wimbledon Mobile App. The transfer is secure, paperless and verified through the AELTC's own systems. We guide you through the myWimbledon account creation process personally, step by step.
Retractable Roof — Play Completely Guaranteed
Centre Court's retractable roof closes in wet weather, ensuring play always continues. Unlike any other court at Wimbledon or any other type of ticket, your full day of tennis is completely guaranteed regardless of weather. The roof takes approximately eight minutes to close.
Row B, Gangway 208 — Centre Court
Row B sits in the second row of the elevated debenture stand on Centre Court. The elevated position provides a clean, unobstructed sightline across the full playing surface — from baseline to baseline, net to net. Gangway 208 places you directly alongside an aisle, with easy access at all times.
From Row B you are close enough to see the chalk dust rise on a serve, to watch the players' expressions change under pressure, and to experience Centre Court exactly as it was designed to be experienced — without distance, without obstruction, without a screen between you and the game.

Understanding the differences between ticket types helps explain both the value and the price of debenture seats.

Why do debenture tickets cost more than standard prices? The official face-value price of Centre Court tickets sold through the AELTC ballot is significantly lower. However, ballot tickets are non-transferable and awarded by random selection — they cannot be purchased directly. Debenture tickets are the only Wimbledon tickets that can be purchased without a ballot or queue. Their price reflects the secondary market value of a guaranteed, premium Centre Court seat with full debenture privileges.
